Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products provided by Nails by Maddie.

By placing an order, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

Order Confirmation

1. To place an order, customers must first send a direct message via Instagram: @nailsbymadddie (with 3 d’s) or email: support@nailsbymaddie.com.

2. An order is considered confirmed upon successful checkout and payment.

3. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

4. The standard processing time for orders is 3-9 business days.

Order Details

5. Each standard order consists of 10 nails per set.

6. All nail set orders include a prep bag containing a nail file, buffer, orangewood stick, nail glue, manicure brush, (2) microswabs, and (2) alcohol pads. Sticky tabs will be optional upon checkout.

7. We do not offer wholesale orders.

Sizing Policy

8. Customers are required to order a sizing kit before ordering a their first set nail set.

9. If a customer wishes to change the shape or size for a new order, they must order a new sizing kit corresponding to it.

10. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to sizing errors, and customers are responsible for ensuring accurate sizing.

Shipping Policy

11. We offer shipping options, including standard delivery at $5 and priority delivery at $10.

12. Estimated shipping times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

13. Once an order is placed, an incorrect shipping address cannot be changed. If an order is shipped to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for a $5 fee for reshipment.

14. ‘Nails by Maddie’ is not responsible for shipping carrier errors. Once an order is scanned into the carrier’s system, it is no longer the responsibility of ‘Nails by Maddie.’

Refunds and Exchange Policy

15. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

16. We do not offer refunds for lost packages.
